Dr. Deepak Saini attended an Aesculab academic cadaveric workshop on revision hip joint replacement in 2012 and a complex knee arthroplasty in 2012. He finished his thesis on hand bone fracture treatment with microplates. He also spoke on TKR in post-traumatic knees as a member of the national faculty of the Arthroplasty session at Orthotrends 2014..

In 2016, he presented a case report titled "Global Instability Following Primary Total Knee Arthroplasty in Patients with Osteoarthritis and Backache due to missed thoracic meningioma" in an international publication.

Dr. Deepak Saini has performed the most joint replacement procedures in Rajasthan, with over 15000 joint replacements. He is one of the quickest joint replacement surgeons in North West India, completing basic joint replacement procedures in less than 20 minutes on average.
